Im really enjoying all these different viewpoints. I absolutely adore roller coasters. We were planning on getting a FP for SDD for just one day, but I might have to get it twice if it's as intense as y'all make it out to be.
Great job, OP! At least you tried to muster up the courage to give it a try. I respect that.
That is my question too - my kids are older (and taller) so more rides are options, but need to figure out which ones will be too much motion sickness wise and such
I get motion sickness pretty easily. Here is my list of rides that make me queasy...
Teacups
Soarin-china wall gets me
Flight of passage
Rollercoasters outside of disney. G-forces
Mission space
Primevil whirl
Carousel-yup the round and round
We just rode SDD this week. I thought it was like 7DMT. Less intense than BTMR.
Our youngest in party is 8. She loved SDD. she does love 7DMT. Iffy on BTMR. No other rollercoasters or ToT.
I do have a tip. If you are worried about riding it do it during the day. It seems more intense at night.

Weird how people are afraid of roller coasters yet ride that stuff which is much more thrilling and intense. Especially mission space and the tea cups! (Primevil whirl is pretty violent as well!)
