Hey guys!
I've been on and off slimming world for a while. I'm counting more calories because I think I'm too greedy for SW lol. I think it's aimed more for people who eat a lot of junk whereas I cooked all my own meals before I joined, it has helped me make good changed but I was still eating way too much pasta! So I ended up getting frustrated and my weight wasn't moving.
Now using more of myfitness pal and trying to do more exercise.
Went to my first boot camp in Hyde Park on Saturday and I've managed to screw up my shoulder. I think I pulled something (just my luck!)
So yea, anyone else doing SW or find it similar to me? Any thoughts and ideas?
