I brought some Slim fast strawberry shake - the taste has much to be desired. Any suggestions what I can add to it before I put it into a blender?

Rum????

Serious answer...how about fresh strawberries or maybe a mix of berries (like blueberry and balckberry)

A chocolate bar? :rotfl:

But seriously....I've tried those a couple times. I'd rather just put the fruit in the blender and then have that and not add the slim fast!

Kimya

Blech, Blech...slimfast is soooo awful...I would drink ensure anyday over that crappola! :)

Chuck it in the garbage and buy the Milk Choclate flavor. It's the only one that's palatable.

Try half a banana. I've also put a tablespoon or two of creamer in it to make it smoother.

Yep, skip the blender and chuck it straight in the trash. That stuff is yucky!

If you want something good try this: Go to www.foysmoothie.com and get their sugar free vanilla type. Your local walmart *may* carry this in the produce section. Probably not though. When it comes:

1 banana
2 or 3 tbs of smoothie mix
4 or 5 frozen strawberries or equal amt of other frozen fruit
1 C milk (lowfat)
1 or 2 tsp splenda

Blend and enjoy. It's the tastiest thing I've tried. High in protien, filling and low in calories and way better than the slimfast. If you absolutely must have the slim fast, add a bit of splenda and be sure to mix it with milk, not water. Then add some frozen fruit in the blender. But really, try the smoothies. They are FABOO
