Slight glitch with ME

We have used ME two times now and have had good experiences both times. However, neither time did we receive our return information in our room prior to checkout. The first time we were staying at BCV and the second time we were at VWL. When checking in the last time at VWL, I even mentioned that we hadn't received our departure info the last time we used ME and they assured me we would get it at VWL. No such luck. :confused3 Anyway, thanks to these boards, I knew to call ME and get our pickup time. Has this happened to anyone else?

I haven't used ME yet but do be aware that pranksters could have pilfered the envelope hung on your room door.

At any rate, standard operating procedure is to go down to the resort lobby to get the return bus information sheet (bus time in writing) reasonably early in the day if it was not found outside your room door and also get bus vouchers for everyone by that time if not sooner.

seashoreCM, We have always used the vouchers that were stamped at the airport when we arrived for the return trip too. Never had a problem. That is probably a good idea to get the bus time in writing from the front desk. When we called the front desk from the room, they didn't seem to know what time our ME bus would depart for the airport and gave us the number to call ME. Thanks!

We had our envelope on our door the last day, but we also had 3....yep 3!...envelopes left throughout our stay. For other people. Who were not in our room. The first time, it was weird. By the third time, I was getting irritated. I mean, that is 3 groups who did not get their pickups at 1 resort in a week's time! :confused3

The front desk seemed not to be surprised about this at all. So I am assuming it happens often. If you were in Disney 2/5-2/15, maybe we got yours!!! :)
