Sleeper Chair in 1 Bedroom at Vero Beach?

I was reading reviews on trip advisor and the reviewer mentioned a sleeper chair in the one bedroom at Vero Beach was a nice addition. Is this new? Do all the one bedrooms have this??

All of the 1 bedrooms at VB have the sleeper chair. I think they got them sometime last year.

Yes, I booked one for April of this year and there are 5 in the room.
