Sleep Walking.. and Talking While In Your Sleep.

I've never sleeped walk but sometimes I'll start running in my and I'll litterally freak out and wake up patennting for air. I've also cried well sleeping before then my mom will wake me up and ask whats the matter and I'll say nothing. But I've never talked in my sleep as I know of.

I used to talk in my sleep a lot but i don't do it much now unless i have a dream where i see someone that i haven't seen in a while.Like when my old bff moved i had lots of dreams with her leaving and i would be like "no don't leave" from what my parents say.But i don't sleep walk.
