Sleep options in BLT and AKV Kidani grand villas

We are debating between a grand villa at BLT and AKV Kidani. Our occupancy will be 12 but would like flexibility with sleeping options. Do either of these villas have two pull-out beds (one in downstairs living area and one in loft)? We can’t use both beds in one of the bedrooms, so looking for an extra bed somewhere else.

Also, are all of the BLT grand villas refurbished? I’m not sure if the sleeping arrangements are different in the updated rooms.

Currently, the AKL-Kidani GVs have the king, 4 queen beds, a queen sofa bed in the loft, a twin sofa bed and a sleeper chair in the living room area. It's probably the most bed surfaces in a DVC room that we've seen.

I'm not familiar with the BLT GVs. Also, keep in mind that the Kidani rooms are scheduled to be refurbished starting in October - no idea if the refurbishment will change the 'bed surface' equation, as most of the sleeper sofas are being replaced with Murphy beds across the DVC properties. I'm just not sure how Murphy Beds fit into the GV refurb at Kidani since the current sofa beds are more standalone and not on a wall. Not sure if this helps at all!
