Can anyone help me with Skype. I have a Panasonic TV skype ready however when I contact soneone on skype I can hear them but can not see them but they can see me. When I looked at the settings it indicated incoming connection port unspecified. Help please

My dd said there is something wrong with other persons camera. They had the same thing happen with a friends camera.
