Skyliner

I was checking the weather forecast on my phone today and I looked at the forecast for Orlando/WDW, everyday this week and into next week is showing thunder storms. How does WDW handle this for the Skyliner? I'm sure they have a more accurate source for the weather but if there are thunder storms in the forecast do they stop the Skyliner for the whole day or just portions of the day?

If there is thunder in a radius they stop the skyliner. People have been complaining about it being shut down a lot the last few weeks. But rain itself won't shut it down.

It rains almost every afternoon this time of year. They only shut the Skyliner down if thunder and lightning is nearby, similar to the pools and water parks.
