Looking for reviews using a double wide stroller. The stroller is 30" (Joovy ScooterX2) which is within the width parameters, but would love to see a video, pictures or comments of how it went.

According to the signage I have seen, strollers and mobility devices must fit in a 30” x 48” inch area.

Thirty inches wide,, 48 inches front to back, in case it isn't clear.

Skyliner is still in Cast Member previews. Unlikely any CMs are bringing strollers, period, so stroller reviews shouldn't be expected until at least several hours after it opens,if not a day or more later.

CM's are bringing their families, so strollers are a definite possibility. I'm sure there are videos out there of strollers boarding.

Possibility, sure, but far from definite. It would make sense most CMs try the Skyliner around their work schedule. Many are young, single CPers sharing living quarters with other CPers, i.e. nowhere for a child. Many are retirees. Many do not visit this site.

Ye, it's possible someone who brings a double side stroller into the Skyliner before Sunday will find, read, and respond to this thread. Not likely, but possible.

I saw videos of wheelchairs and scooters going on. How wide are they?

I haven't been finding wheelchairs, scooters or double strollers on Youtube yet. It should fit since it's 30", but I'm wondering how easy it will or won't be.

They don't need to respond to this thread. :confused3 All the OP needs to do is google to see if a video exists of someone pushing on a stroller.

It was in the Disney footage that they released before it opened up to CM’s. It is a smaller style wheelchair but looks like it easily fits through the door.

The Skyliner doors have a 32.25" clear opening, which meets ADA requirements for 32". So a 30" wide double-stroller will have an inch of clearance on both sides.

There's been a lot of preview videos shared in that main Skyliner thread, including transfer chairs and strollers wheeling on. There's always the secondary loop where you can drive an ECV onto a fully stopped Skyliner car if you're not confident in your ability to get a big stroller into a moving one.

We just returned from our trip to POP and had the chance to ride the skyliner with a friend! I took my daughter in her stroller and it was a breeze! The skyliner slows wayyyy down and we walked right on with her in the stroller. There are CMs nearby who have full control over the units of there is an issue.

The Riviera station does not have the secondary load station, all other stations do.

Riviera station can also slow the gondolas down to a near-stop and as far as we know is still supposed to work for big strollers, wheelchairs, and ECVs.
