Skyline Lounge?

I did a quick search but didn't see anything about this. Forgive me if it's already been discussed.

What's it all about? Do I need to make ADRs for it? Is it expensive? Is there a link you can share?

There's a thread here with reviews, including mine. $45. for a an overly sweet dessert box. Not much to do there, but Mickey and Minnie did come by for a visit. Fireworks were canceled the night I was there.
