Skipper canteen kids menu

does anyone know if you can order stuff like nuggets or grilled cheese that are not on the kids menu or is it strictly what's on the menu?

I know some placers like Ohana will make other kids meals if you ask.

In general you find they will make an "off menu" item in the cases where they share a kitchen that has that item. 'OHana shares its kitchen with Kona Café and they are available there. If they don't have it in inventory, they can't or won't make it.
That said, doesn't Skipper Canteen share a kitchen? What is available there?

They are a menu with Liberty Tree, so at dinner there is very little.
