I can't waitttt- according to my Disney Countdown widget....I have 56 days, 21 hours and 7 days until I'll be at the happiest place on earth...The Beach Club Resort at DISNEY WORLD! Yaaaaa hooooooo!!!
I'm so excited I can't concentrate, so I was browsing DisBoards and decided to take my stab at a pre-trip report.
Let me know if I'm doing this right. Weeeee, here I go.
So I've been to Disney 4 times so far in my 26 years- my Dad was HUGE Disney fan. (He has since passed away so this trip is going to be a little sad for me because of that- but how sad can you possibly stay for long at DISNEY? Not long I'm hoping!!!)
I have been saving for 6 months now so I could take my boyfriend on a trip as his Christmas and Graduation from Graduate school. (NICE present, right???)
DAY 1-
Anyway, we are flying out of Charleston, SC on Saturday February 4th (early in the morning, switch planes once)- so I estimate the Magical Express will get us to our hotel- The Beach Club resort- around 1:30. I want to go to the Magic Kingdom after that, since we aren't buying park hopper tickets and we will have already lost half the day due to traveling- MK stays open the latest that night. I figure we will eat lunch in the park (Quick Service) hit my fav. rides (Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, Mission Space, etc, etc.) then maybe grab dinner before we watch the Wishes fireworks. Any dinner recommendations for MK?
DAY 2-
Room service in the hotel (I have to order him Mickey waffles- right?
)
Then head to EPCOT!!!! (Which I hear is a 3 min walk from our hotel- sweet!)
Lunch reservations at the German Biergarten.
Dinner maybe at Hacienda de San Angel?
Illuminations Fireworks.
DAY 3-
Grab a quick (hopefully relatively cheap) breakfast at the hotel- as in maybe a granola bar and coffee. hehe.
Then head to HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS!
Lunch reservations at 50s Prime Time Cafe
Pixar Parade at 3?
Dinner at Pizza Planet?
Then go to Downtown Disney at night unless we are too tired.
DAY 4-
Same breakfast as yesterday.
ANIMAL KINGDOM!
Quick Service lunch in the park.
Jungle Parade at 3:45?
Reservations at the Yatchsman Steakhouse at night. Ooh la la.
SOOO EXCITED!!!!!! What do you think of my game plan? Any recommendations or suggestions?
