So after realizing I only have about six months before I cruise on the Fantasy I have decided to get really serious about losing the weight. I have a lot to lose. I want to be able to feel better about myself when I have to get on the plane and later into my swimsuit. Last trip I took about a month ago to visit my sister near Tampa and I was not that comfortable in my plane seat, boy that was a wake-up call. So I am doing more exercise and staying away from sweets and stuff. So far I have lost three pounds in about four days. I am sure that will level off soon but hey, I'll take it Who else is trying to get healthy before their cruise/vacay ??
