site rental fee and minimum 4 night stay at named walt disney world resort

in the escape wedding package it says there is a minimum of a 4 night stay is this just for the couple or is it the whole party its just thats it is alot of money to ask disney family to fly out there and saty on site as there are cheaper accomodation close to walt disney world and my family have always stayed in villas

sorry may be a really silly question but i wanted to check for sure and where better to ask then here thank you in advance for all your help x x

another question looking at reception locations some dont have a site rental fee is this just they havent put it on here or just some not have a site rental fee x
