Today started off kinda rough...then got better...then got rough again.
DD6 crawled into bed w/ us last night and basically slept right up against me.
I couldn't move between her and DH. I know I should have gotten up and put her back into her bed, but I was exhausted! (and lazy!) Anyway, my alarm goes off at 5:30 and I can hardly move!! My back and shoulders are KILLING me...and not from working out...from being smooshed all night! So, I shut the alarm off and didn't get up.

When I did get out of bed, I only had time to do about 40 crunches and 40 side to side crunches....about 15 minutes?? Then, I get to work and one of the girls went to BK and got sausage, egg and cheese biscuts!! (HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY I'M ON A FRIGGING DIET??!!)It's a good thing I don't really care for these things...I did eat the cheese and biscuit...it was melted together. (oh, and if you don't eat it...they get all pissy at you! They got pissy at me for tossing the meat and egg!! I asked them if they wanted it before I tossed it!

Next time I will be strong, AND rude and NOT eat any of it!!) Ok, so later in the day, DD6 calls from school saying she's not feeling well...(me neither after the biscuit!) I go get her and as soon as we're home..she's jumping all over the place being an obnoxious little twit!!

(she is now standing next to me with her shirt pulled up over her face, like a hockey player in a fight! WTH!!!

b-cheese bisuit
s-4 whoppers
l- 4 more whoppers, maybe it was 6...
s-handful of peanut m&m's...(after I got home w/ dd)
d-shredded italian chicken w/ mozzerella on a wheat hoagie roll.
hey, it was wheat bread...isn't that good for you?(it wasn't worth it...I have killer heartburn right now!)
exercise - not much...not even going to count the crunches...not sure if it was 30 or 40.
water intake - 60 oz
resisted - absolutely nothing!!
Tomorrow moring I will be getting up and doing the Jillian Micheals Workout...(my Biggest Loser Workout hasn't come in yet) and tomorrow evening DH and I will be running again. Sunday will be a bust for me...I have 2 photo shoots and will be gone from 8am til about 9pm...so much for my weekend huh?! At least at the photo shoots, I drink a TON of water!!
Kimwim- your welcome for the kind words...I only speak the truth!! And honestly, I greatly appreciate all the encouragement from you guys!

And yes, I agree...the morning workouts are great! I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow morning!!

ETA - that tea we bought...WU-LONG....my boss likes it...but I think it tastes like.....

...let's just say it would take a WHOLE LOT of sugar for me to get it down!! I tried it hot, and chilled and it was just YUCK!!
