Does anyone know which attractions or rides offer a single rider line? Going solo in May for a mini trip so I'm trying to figure out how to best utilize my limited time
Not too many at WDW. Test Track has one, but you'll skip the design-a-car. Aerosmith RnRC has one, BUT it can actually be slower than standby due to the way grouping is done there (very few leftover seats). I actually can't think of any others.
Also, I hate to be "that guy," but heard a rumor from someone who knows a CM (blah blah), that single rider will be removed soon from RnR and Everest, leaving just Test Track.
I agree with PP that the RnR single rider works poorly sometimes, I got stuck in the line for an hour once. Everest works very well, especially since you can see the whole line and judge. I would hate to see that go!

I remember it as mainly at Expedition Everest and Test Track. At one point Rock and Roller Coaster had it, but I don't think anymore.
by the way, the lines work GREAT for both, as long as you don't mind not getting to sit with anyone else in your party. Don't be one of those tools that get in the single rider line and whine to the cast member at the queue when they aren't seated with their buddy- I've seen this, more than once- whats sad, is being Disney, they usually relent and let the complainers sit together after explaining they can't use the line and expect to stay together. (I think the lot of them know exactly what they are doing)
On my last visit Expedition Everest had a 40 minute wait - people lined up long and through many queue areas.
I literally entered the single rider entrace- walk about 20 feet right to the ride loading area and put into a car within a minute or two.
If I was taking a young kid on or something, then obviously you would want to stay together, but among the adults- take the single rider line. I'm always amazed at how empty it is.
Rockin' Rollercoaster does still have it, but it definitely takes longer than the other two.
There's always somebody who gets in the line with a kid and then demands they ride together. Single rider means you'll be split up unless you're lucky. I've never seen them relent - they make them go back out and get in the regular line.
