Since genie+ has launched how have the single rider lines been? In my July and November trips I noticed that the single rider lines were a LOT longer than pre-covid when there was fastpass. So I’m wondering if they’re shorter again now that they aren’t the only option available to everyone to skip lines. I’m just wondering if I should plan on getting a LL for rides like Space Mountain, Matterhorn, Incredicoaster, etc or if that would literally take LONGER than just doing the single rider line. Also I’m not gonna buy a RSR LL but has the SR line been shorter there recently?

Btw my next trip is in January (I’ll be at Disney the 7 and 10-12). TIA

It’s been mixed. A week ago Saturday, incredicoatser had almost no wait for SR. Currently the SR line is up the bridge. Space SR wasn’t open today and I waited about 90 seconds for Matterhorn at 2pm today.

Last week I walked onto Racers, Matterhorn, and waited about 10min for Incredicoaster.

Space Mountain Single Rider has been closed since the launch of Genie Plus and Disney has officially killed off the Single Rider line on Indy.

I’m not surprised about Indy. The set up was not great.

As someone who goes with a family member in the wheelchair, I hope the Space Mountain Single Rider line goes away forever. I have seen that line very backed up and had many issues trying to get past it with the wheelchair (people refuse to move close to the wall and try to take over the whole hallway, sit with legs outstretched and again refuse to move for a wheelchair, make snarky comments about cutting the line - hello wheelchair and return time!). That line is so poorly placed that I have complained more than once about it. The Space cast members agree how bad a place that line is located. I will say there were signs up on Saturday for the single rider, but I did not see anyone using it - still very early though since it was our second ride of the day.

The signs on the loading platform likely won’t go away unless SR goes away forever. It was better when they first started offering it and had it go down main way to the loading platform from that bridge entrance and used the right lane at the bottom.

Just when you’ve been over there? Or for sure it’s always closed? That SR line is how I do it over and over!

Yesterday the SR sign at the exit that’s on the movable post was gone. On Saturday it was there but turned to indicate it wasn’t open.
Dang!! Hopefully they start using it again or it’s back to binge riding it in the standby line at the beginning of the day. I really wish genie+ let you do the same ride more than once

Oh no! Space Mountain Single Rider was the bomb! I got on it 7 times back to back near closing :(
Ikr! It’s not the best when it’s long and the wheelchair thing is definitely a problem and people in wheelchairs should not be treated badly in any way but that SR line when it’s short has been a real life saver 😭

Space has been having some operational issues in the last few days. It broke down when I was in line on Saturday and they had to do a full queue dump. Yesterday it broke down twice while I was in line and what had started as a posted 70 minute wait ended up being well over two hours.

Checking to see if there are updated experiences with single rider and which rides still have them? Mostly curious about Indy, RSR and Incredicoaster. Thanks!

Incredicoaster and racers still have it. Not sure about Indy. For incredicoaster, it was not open this past Saturday morning due to them being understaffed, they were also only running 4 trains instead of 5.

We got home yesterday from 4 days. Space SR was never open the whole trip. We did Matterhorn SR and it was a slow process, took about 20 minutes at 9:30am, regular wait was 85 minutes though. We did Web SR more than once. During the afternoon, it took about 25 minutes, but SB was over 90 minutes. We did it near park close one night, and it was walk on for us in SR, about 40 minutes SB (they put me and my daughter in the same car since there was literally no one else in the SR line). We did not ride Incredicoaster. We rode Indy but not SR so I can’t comment. RSR SR was VERY long all weekend, but it was Easter weekend, so SB waits were 120-180 at the time.
