Single rider line

How long does the single rider line tend to be? My kids are too small for my husband's and my favorites (ToT and RnR), so trying to find the easiest ways to get those out of the way. I read that RnR has a single rider line, how long is the wait compared to the regular stand by line? Would it be better to skip the FP on that and just plan for single rider?

Going in mid-September, so hoping crowds will be relatively low.

RnR single rider line can grow long. They have a posted wait time for it but it's not unusual for single rider to be 30-45 min.

I would do single rider for it first thing in the morning or late at night.

Tower of Terror doesn't have single rider. The only single rider rides are RnR, Expedition Everest, and Test Track

We've got a PPO Hollywood & Vine ADR, so hoping we can do those two early. Can you do rider swap and the single rider line for RnR? Would the second rider go in the single rider line, or Fast Pass? Or does rider swap have its own line?

I'm guessing we'll do test track too.

Everest and Test Track usually move very fast (though Test Track's can get long, but not as long as standby). RnR's single rider line can actually move quite slowly. This is because of how the ride loads, plus they still funnel single riders through the pre-show. It should be shorter than standby, but sometimes it feels like it never moves, and it may not take much less time than standby does.

In April when it was "low crowds", it only took about 5-10 minutes when my kids rode R&R. They wanted to ride again right after we rode together so they chose to do single rider.

We did them early in the morning though.

Is there thread with listing of all the "single rider" rides in all the parks?

Thank you.

I would get a FP for one of you and pick up a rider swap pass for the other guest. The swap pass can be used right away or later in the day and you go through the FP line.

It would be a short thread. There's RnRC, Expedition Everest, and Test Track. That's it.

Apologies - I didn't see Alesia responded with the same answer before I did, didn't realize I had the thread open and didn't refresh it to see if there were new replies before I posted.

There are only 3 rides that have a single rider line - Test Track, RnRC and Everest. I use those all the time when I go, and RnRC has been the one where I didn't get right on and had a bit of a wait. They take one at a time when they need to fill in a seat, so it can be longer. I have always walked right on Test Track using the single rider line, but that is just my experience in November and also Everest I got right on without a wait.
