I believe all of the GV at OKW are two stories.

Are any elevator accessible. I have been an OKW owner since 1998. I can't believe I don't know this.

Building 63 is an elevator building w/ GVs. That's the only one, I think. That doesn't mean the elevator can take you to the second floor of the GV, however.

Building 48 has a GV with ground floor access (it is HCA), but the 2nd floor is not HCA in any of the OKW GVs.

As already noted, Building 63 has elevator access (only 3 buildings have elevators - 62, 63, 64) to the GV located there, but there is no entry door to the 2nd floor of the GV.

All of the GVs at SSR have elevator access to both the main floor and the 2nd floor.

So your guest who can't make the stairs will need to use either the master bedroom or the living room (queen sized sleeper sofa and twin sized sleeper chair).

And the beauty of this is that there is a second full bath on the main floor - walk-in shower, no tub.
