Hi there,

I don't know how I missed it, with all the reading I do on these boards, but, I have always thought that single day tickets could only be purchased at the gates on the day of attendance at the particular park. I read in a posting that they could be purchased at DTD at any time. Boy was I excited to read that! Just to be sure I sent an email to WDW online service and they confirmed.

Now we don't have to wait in the morning when we arrive at MK.

:hyper:

Since you now know, maybe it's worth mentioning for others that the only restrictions on single day tickets are that they are only available for purchase at the WDW Resort and they are not discountable.

One day one park tickets can be purchased at any Guest Relations location including the two at DTD, at any theme park ticvket booth, and at the front desk and GuestServices of a Disney resort. The ticket does not have to be used on the day it is purchased.

You can leave the park you go to, have your hand stamped, and return later that same day or evening and be readmitted to the same park you were in earlier just like you can with all other tickets. The only thing you can't do is visit more than a single park on that day.

Maybe we've enlightened some other folks. :)

Thanks so much for this info. We used to purchase at Disney Welcome Center in Ocala and heard they no longer were sold there. This will be a real time saver!
