Simple transfer points question

My parents are DVC members (there home resort is BWV) our home resorts are BCV and AKV (as soon as the contract is finalized..LOL).

Anyway, once the AKL contract is completed if my parents were to transfer points my account when could I use the transferred points? I want to use them to make AKV reservation 11 months out for September 2009 (we are a few points shy)…is that possible?

No. Your parents home resort is BWV, which means that once transferred to you you may book BWV on them at the 11-month mark or you can book other resorts (like AKV) at the 7-month mark. Transferred points still retain their original UY and home resort booking advantage.
