Similar to, but cheaper than Windsor Hills

Any suggestions for a place that is similar to Windsor Hills condos but cheaper? We stayed in WH four years ago (townhouse) but in order to go again in 2016 I need to keep costs as low as possible. We liked WH a lot and are looking at 2-bedroom condos this time. Any other places I should consider that would be a little cheaper but still have 2 BR, a community pool and a similar distance to Disney?

Windsor Palms is at most two minutes further, and slightly older, than Windsor Hills. Having said that it's also noticeably less expensive. We stayed there last time (in a house, not TH) and were very happy there.

Definitely Windsor Palms! Noticeably less expensive is the perfect description. We have stayed in both and are happily going back for our 3rd WP stay in two weeks. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and it is lovely to see how the trees have matured since our first visit there 11 years ago. You may find the decor is a bit dated, compared to the newer resorts south of the WH/WP area, however, the great rates and being so close to WDW are much higher priorities for us.

We have a 4 BR house in WP for a rate comparable to a townhouse in WH. No question which we would prefer. The only real edge WH has is the slightly nicer resort pool.

I know you will find the perfect spot that fits your budget!

Have you considered Oakwater? It is almost directly across the street from Windsor Hills. My daughter and I rented a 2 bedroom condo there in May for $59/night. We have stayed at WH, WP and Indian Creek and thought that Oakwater was very comparable. Check it out!

Not sure if you're going to get much cheaper than Windsor Hills. Have you checked VRBO? What's your target price?

We stay at Bahama Bay resort...really nice condos 2 or 3 bedrooms. A little bit further west than Windsor Hills, but it's worth looking into.

Windsor Hills condos, townhomes and vacation homes are all owned by individual owners so each sets their own price. You can try negotiating with the owners of units you are interested in if you really want to stay there.
