Happy Friday, y'all!
As of this morning, I have walked 242,957 of my 325,500 steps (74.6%) and 1,684 of my 2,728 water ounces (61.7%). Averaged out, I have progressed
68.2% toward my goals so far.
SB is still going well. Don't know the results in pounds but I know that I'm happy with my effort level. Since I began the SB plan, I haven't been journaling my food or counting calories at all. I've been eating when I'm hungry and only being sure to select my meals and snacks from the SB-approved list. Yesterday, I did write down all my food and I was well within a reasonable calorie budget. Since I knew that I would be writing it down, I did find myself thinking better of having "extra" bites - like NOT eating an extra slice of cheese while I make a roll-up for lunch.
No FitBit "Workweek Hustle" challenge this week but, I've been trying to keep my steps up anyway - up around the 15K mark.

It's been a bit challenging to get that many steps because I have chosen to slow my pace a bit to keep my feet from revolting. The plantar fasciitis has been feeling a bit better - it's still there but not terrible so I'm trying to keep from making it terrible again.
I decided to start one of those "Plank Challenges" this past Sunday.
https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/the-30-day-plank-challenge/ I figured that my core was in somewhat desperate need of a wake-up call so, we'll see how it goes. Today is Day 6 - a rest day. I've stuck to the challenge well so far and I am certainly feeling it this morning.

The trick here, I think, is once I get thru the challenge, how to maintain any progress I achieve. So, some time in the next 24 days, I need to come up with a plan. Maybe I will just add a minutes-of-planking goal for the August challenge... I'll just have to decide on a number.
