Silly Question re: countdown ticker

How in the world do you get the countdown ticker attatched to your posts? I know I've seen some link to it, but can't for the life of me find it now. I've been all over these boards trying to figure it out, so I'm sure it will turn out to be something so simple, that I'll be thoroughly ashamed of myself.

If you go to this Main board menu, http://www.disboards.com/index.php?s= and go to the bottom of it, you will see the Tech Board http://www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=43 (check out some of the other boards too, lots of good ones). When you are on the Tech board, you will see a thread there from J Cricket as to how to do it. (I am giving you there links rather than a direct so you know how to get there in the future.
