silly question re: Cape May Cafe dinner desserts

I have been looking at pictures of the food/restaurants we will be eating at for our upcoming trip in August. We have never eaten at Cape May (we will be eating dinner) before...and the desserts caught my eye. What are those square things on top of the key lime and strawberry cheesecake? Is it edible?

Yes they are edible. They are white chocolate. Very tasty!! Our favorite place to eat every trip.
