Silly Question.. but what does ROFR mean?

I never ever thought that DH and I would be discussing buying into Disney Vacation Club, but we were on DCL recently and stopped in to hear the pitch for the DVC. It really caught both of us by surprise, hey this is something that we really want... and most of all its right for our family.

So I am starting to do my homework.. So what does ROFR mean?
