Silly Question but I can't remember

I know for home resorts it's 11 months before the date of arrival.............but what time can you start calling member services to make your reservation...........can't remember. Thanks

Thanks............why do I feel like I got up super early to call when BLT opened.............did they have earlier hours then? Maybe my memory is just failing me
