Silly Dining Plan question!

Hi, and please forgive me if this has been asked and answered a hundred and one times, I tried to search and got nothing.

We booked 1/26-2/2, at POFQ, for free dining. We got 7 day park tickets, but we'll be there for 8 days, 7 nights.

The question is, when it says free dining for every day of your stay, does it mean every day you have a park ticket (if we had only 5 tickets, but were staying for 7 days, would we have 5 dining days or 7) OR is it every day you're there?

Thanks so much for taking answer pity on poor, dis-newbie me :)

Your dining plan goes by how many NIGHTS you are staying. If you are staying for 7 nights then you will get 7 days worth of dining credits. It doesn't go by how many days you stay or how many day's worth of tickets you buy. You will each get one QS one TS and 1 snack per day per person for 7 nights. You can use your credits through midnight on your check out day.

Thanks! :thumbsup2

For your 7 night stay, you will get 7 snacks, 7 counter service and 7 table service per person, 3 yrs. old & up, on your reservation. Your credits are immediately available when you check in and any you have left on your check-out day are good until midnight of the day you check out so you can stretch your 7 nights over the 8 days you are there if you want to.

You do not have to have park tickets for the whole stay...but you do need a park ticket to eat at a restaurant in a park, so keep that in mind on your non-park days (easy to plan resort restaurant meals for those days...some good choices at MK area resorts which are fairly easy to get to using Disney transportation...just take bus to MK and then walk over to a MK resort boat or the MK resort monorail...you don't have to get into the park to use the transportation located at the front of the MK. Have fun planning :thumbsup2

AND hurry up and make your dining reservations...even though you're going through a somewhat slower time the very popular places like Chef Mickey's book up months in advance.
