Ok...I'm really not computer savvy, which is not good since I use one all day, every day at work. Anyway...

I was wondering how I get my signature to have the bars side by side instead of one on top of the other. I've messed with it trying to figure it out and can't.

Thanks for your help! :)

There's probably a space between your two images. Try taking that out and see if it works.

Thanks for the suggestion! I've tried that...and can't get them to be side by side...taking out the space is just making them be right one on top of the other. Thanks though! :) Any other thoughts?

Instead of worrying about the position, why not get one that rotates? Mickey Path has instructions on how to do that. See mine below.

try puting a space(or a few spaces) between the last bar and the text at the bottom of the sig

Make sure you do not have a carriage return in between th etwo, which forces the second one down. Also, they may be too wide and the second it auto wrapping to the next line.

There's no carriage return, and I also tried taking out the spaces, and they still appeared one top instead of side/side

hmmmm

Thanks, all! :) I still don't know what the problem is :sad2: ...but I figured it can't kill me. :scared: I'm going to just deal with it, since I'll get rid of the first one in 19 days!! :yay: :bride: Thanks again, and have a great Monday!! :thumbsup2

add the pixel width of each. is it wider than your monitor resolution.
Like if your monitor is 800(wide) x 600 (tall) and the pics add up to 1200 wide then the second is automatically bumped down.

Mikeeee

hmmmm, they are 400 wide each. my monitor is 1024 wide so that does not seem to be causing the problem....

I think the pictures are too wide.

The formatting of the message body is different than the formatting of the signature.

Since the signature code is nested in the message body code the signature width will be smaller than the message body width.

Note Mary Jo has the same thing in her signature, only difference is her graphics are 350 and stacikristine are 400

I hope that makes sense :-D

test?

yeah I resized these so that's definitely the problem, looks like you're stuck with that unless you want to use the smaller graphics and they don't look as good as the others

you could try to put 2 or 3 periods between the images with no spaces, that may work
