We have yet to need s notary for cash contracts.
Now, we are Canadian and the notary process is much harder here, so maybe there are different rules for that. I wouldn't think so, but you never know.

Thanks for the reason, didn't really make a big difference. Received our docs yesterday and got everything sent out this morning. Should arrive Monday by 10:30, to start waiting again.
