signature picture help please

Hi there. I've been trying to get this picture of my kids in my sig. If I click on the line it comes up but how do I get it to be there all the time? I hope I'm making sense. I don't have a lot of confidence in my computer skills about right now, lol. Thanks very much. Edited to add I also need to make the picture bigger.

Sorry but I don't quite understand your problem. Can you be more specific.

What line are you clicking on? I presume you have the photo on a server somewhere. Do you have the photo's URL?
