Signature Dining ordering requirements?

Hi, I didn't see this noted anywhere, but I wanted to confirm. If I have a reservation at a signature restaurant, in this case Flying Fish and Narcoose's....are there any ordering requirements?
Specifically, do you need to order an entree? For this trip I will be traveling just with my daughter who will order a children's meal. I would prefer to Order 2 appetizers and desert, rather than an entree, because frankly they are too large and I wouldn't get to try anything else.
Has anyone done this and had any pushback?

I often order two appetizers. They could care less.

One of our party rarely orders an entree at Signatures, but rather gets side dishes or appetizers.

I often order three appetizers and split one with DH who will order an entree. Sometimes I just prefer the appetizer choices to the entrees and sometimes I just think that the entrees are too large for me.

I have ordered of if the kids menu at signature establishments. They don’t care what you order at all. The wife has just got desert.
Sometimes if nice to be in the atmosphere.... but also save some cash lol.
