Signature AP PhotoPass - Unable to Download

I'm having an issue with my PhotoPass today. I have a signature AP and went to the park yesterday. I linked some ride photos and could download them successfully but the splash mountain one was not showing up. Checked back this morning and the photo was there but now my photos have a watermark on them and I am unable to download them. Anyone else have a similar issue? I was wondering if it was related to the MaxPass (just a wild guess).

Did you renew your AP recently?

Contact Photopass. I had an issue where my Photopass ceased being applied the day my pass expired. Might be a totally different thing happening, but advice is the same: contact Photopass support. They'll take care of it.

Hopefully it goes faster for you. They had to manually remove watermarks on a large number of photos for me (a PP CM had done a photoshoot with my panda stuffy) and it took a few calls before it was fully taken care of (they kept missing photos).

Just saw this on the Facebook page for passholders. Looks like something is going on! I'm not having issues, but I have a Sig+ so maybe that has something to do with it?
