Also do we just glue the page on top of the bottom of the bag or should it be made into a fold out type bag?
I am thinking about this I would really like to do a general Disney one with a dining theme but I don't know that I have time to make 3 in the next month with school getting out and the other swaps I am doing.
About how long does putting the album together take? (not decorating as I know how long it takes me to make elements and page kits)

Rebecca, no you do not have to do page toppers and decorating is very easy, some can be done with 1 package of Jolies!!!! I have done it!!! All you need is a bit of creativity and some ribbon! Different types of paper and you are on your way!!! You have to remember the page sizes are small, so the picture will take up most of it! There isn't much room to decorate, so a small embellishment in the corner or the side is all you really need! Like I have said, once I get all my pages cut, I can whip out about 10 books in a day when I put my mind to it! I just have to know what I want to do! If I have to think about it and start from scratch and do each page by itself, then it may take me a few hours to do a book. But that is the most time I have ever spent on a book. That was for a customer and I had to put all the pictures in as well, so it was a bit more complicated, because I really didn't know her or her family!!!! So I was flying blind, but I put it all together and it actually came out beautiful! I only spent 3 hours on it! I used lots of Quickutz too! So that took some time. Anyway, what I am trying to say is that these books don't have to take tons of time, please don't let them scare you!!! I will PM my number to you if you want and walk you through the process and show you how to do your first one if you want me to. I just want everyone to have fun with it!!! That's the most important thing to have fun!!!!
