Sierra Suites LBV or Residence Inn Sea World

I would like some feedback on three hotels in the Orlando area:
Sierra Suites LBV, Residence Inn Sea World and SpringHill Suites Marriott Village

My husband and I (along with our young son) are planning a trip in 2005 to Disney World and Sea World.
