These high calorie low nutrient foods do nothing but raise you blood sugar and then insulin levels which does nothing for you but make you hungrier
Either I have a racing metabolism or I am just a really strange one...

Because I eat a TON of this type of food and have never had a weight problem.
It just seems so strange to me that some can eat whatever and never gain. The researcher that solves that mystery will be a multimillionaire in a matter of minutes!
