Shuttles from Disneyland to San Diego Zoo

Can anyone recommend a good shuttle service from Disneyland to the San Diego Zoo. I'll be traveling with my wife and my twin sons age 3 as well as with my sister in law her husband and their 6 month old baby boy. Convenience is the key word here.

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.

Amtrak has a bus from the San Diego station to the Zoo. Use the station code SDZ instead of SAN, and ANA for Anaheim.
