shuttle vs. terminal parking

We're doing the 4 night in Oct. We'll arrive early Saturday morning after driving all night. We're a party of 4 adults and 2 children. DH has plenty of Hilton Honors points, so I thought we'd stay in the Hampton Inn, which has a shuttle. Or we could do Radisson w/the shuttle. On Thursday, we want to get to WDW as fast as possible because we'll only have a few days there (we're used to 7). Are we better off driving to the terminal?

You'll definitely get there faster if you park at the terminal. I guess you have to decide whether that extra 30-45 minutes (plus the convenience and security) is worth the $40 fee for parking at the terminal.
