Never used it but I am pretty sure it is a free service for the hotel guest and like other hotels it is usually a bus that goes to a few hotels and picks you up and they usually have 2 pick up times and 2 return times.
you can call the RPR and they will be able to give you those times and sure they would be able to if you ask at check in.
Hope this helps :thumbsup2

When we were at RPR at the end of August, it was free, and it left the hotel at 10 am and left Sea World at 5:30 to return to the hotel. We didn't do it because that seemed like a long day. Not sure about the details of Wet N Wild; we didn't do that either.

We stayed at the HRH and we used the free shuttle to Wet N Wild.

This is in September 08 so there was only one pick up time. 9:50 for HRH and we went to RPH too. Lots of people got on at Royal P hotel.

It is a large bus (the size of Magic Express Bus).
The bus returns at about 5:30 or 5:45. The first stop was Wet N Wild and the next stop was SeaWorld, etc.

We took a taxi back to Universal around 1 - 2 pm. It costs $6. (We didn't want to stay all day either.)

The hotel told us that on Oct 1, we would need to make a reservation on the free shuttle to go to WNW, SW, etc.

Maybe, they will use a smaller bus, if there are not a lot of people going to the other places...don't know!

I hope this is helpful.

rpr is last resort to be picked up. one time it skipped rpr because the bus was full from pbh and hrh.

that was at the end of april. the driver said that they would send another bus to rpr, but it must have been pretty late.
