Shuttle to Disney Car Care Center

We are most likely going to get a car from Alamo or National car rental at the Disney car care center instead of the airport because it is cheaper. We are doing some stuff off of Disney property which is why we need the rental car. We were planning on taking the Magical express to our resort (BLT), checking in and then getting a shuttle over to the Car Care center to pick the car up. Now here are my questions because this is the first time we have ever done this...

1. If I'm taking the magical express from the airport to my resort, I don't need any special luggage tags or anything do I? I just take my luggage to the bus and board it, right?

2. How do I schedule the shuttle from Alamo so that it will take me from BLT to the car care center?

I'll answer in reverse.

On your Alamo confirmation, there will be a number for the Car Care Center so you can call them directly. You can call them up to 24 hours in advance of your desired pick up time, and no later than 1 hour prior than your desired pick up.

You can certainly claim your bags and take them on the DME shuttle, but depending on when you arrive, I would just use the DME yellow tags, and let them transport your bags. Of course, if you arrive at MCO after 10pm, you must collect your own bags.
