Suppose I'll find out when I arrive, but do the bus schedules work well with breakfast and getting to the parks at opening?

Searching, found a March report that the bus PU at 7:05, but the breakfast starts at 7am.
Is the choice to miss breakfast, or get to the parks on-time?

I guess it depends on if you are going at a busy time of the year and when the parks open on that day.
We are thinking of staying there, but will be renting a car. We would have to eat before we leave.
I read somewhere that the breakfast is open at 6:30 on weekdays.
