I've booked a shuttle with GoPort from Disney Fantasy just a bit worried now I've read an review on google reviews someone said that there weren't anyone at the desk and left stranded does this happen a lot with this company and would I be left waiting at the GoPort desk when I disembark the Disney Fantasy

TripAdvisor has a banner up suspecting reviews for GoPort that are FAKE I think I’d look for an alternative. Sign up for DCL transfer and then the hotel shuttle to the Best Western.

I've never used them, but I see more than negative reviews on Google. Yelp and TripAdvisor also have a lot of negative reviews.

I've already booked a transfer with DCL one way from All star music resort to Port Canaveral but for post cruise I've booked a snooze cruise package with goport with shuttle from Disney cruise terminal to MCO and they gave me a number to get a shuttle to Best Western from MCO I won't be able to get a refund from goport as it's non refundable but it's just the reviews making me panic a bit.

GoPort said you can cancel and get a “Future Package Credit” valid for 12 months. Maybe it would be worth it to do that and not have to worry. Peace of mind might be worth the $39 for DCL. Why didn’t you book a RT on Disney to begin with? Just curious.

I just checked it out that goport has been established for many years as you said you can't really believe in the negative reviews. One good thing about the goport website they have their own schedule of cruise ships coming in which you could see on the home page when it states select your cruise ship. Also on the goport website they got a travel agents login section so it's most likely be legit. It's just the negative reviews that's makes things a bit scary a bit.

Agree it’s a bit scary. I would definitely have a Plan B. An Uber or Lyft account or other phone numbers for transport back to MCO, just in case. Always good to be prepared. Good Luck!

"Legit" doesn't automatically equal "good service." They can have a really flashy website with lots of nice features but have terrible customer service, be late, etc. Yes, you have to take negative reviews with a grain of salt; however, if there are lots of negative reviews stating similar concerns/issues, that's something to take note of.

It's your call, but if it were me seeing lots of negative reviews with similar concerns, I'd try to cancel or at least have a backup option. There's little more stressful than trying to navigate transportation at the last minute because something fell through.

Thank you for the information
When I ask a question to goport via email or text message I get quick response.
Also there's a goport desk at MCO airport the review I've read said the goport desk was closed but I'm thinking if that person who wrote that review arrived at the airport after the last bus after 12:30pm that's probably why the desk was closed also they did say that they chose their dates and put a special request in saying they wanted to be picked up a different day which might not have been possible especially if there's no cruises on that day also for hotel transfers it isn't operated by goport it's operated by a shuttle company from the hotel. Most of the reviews were positive it was just 1 negative review I seen if you see to of this thread I've included a screenshot of the negative review that I've read.
