Shuttle from Airport

I have always rented a car in the past but have decided to rely on Disney Transportation for our upcoming trip. I was wondering how are the shuttles from the Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Do they run fairly regularly from the airport and the hotels or do you need to make a reservation? We have transfers set-up, I believe they are with Mears. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

With Mears or any other shuttle service that charges by the person, you will make stops at other hotels on your way. How many are in your group? If there are at least 3, it will be cheaper to use Tiffany Town Car. If there are only two, the cost difference will be worth it.
