so we just got back from a 7 day on the fantasy, we ordered the usb with "ALL" photos. at the kiosk we had over 350 photo taken but when we got home there was only 88 on the usb, next thought was maybe i needed to use the software to go get them so i installed it on my mac. upon starting software "our cruise photos digital" is says insert cd/usb so i do ant the software doesn't do anything, i also tried on a PC thinking it was something to do with the mac but nothing happens, i have turned firewall off and still nothing any suggestions

i have done this but haven't heard back yet, i was hoping with all the experienced users maybe there was a setting or something i could change to allow software to find usb, thank you i will cross my fingers and hope for the nest as we spent several hours so my daughter could get all the photos for her autograph book.

I believe it can take a few days for the to get back to you.
 

I was also missing photos from my cruise on the Disney Dream which sailed 5/18-5/21. I was missing only about 10 photos taken on the last evening on the ship. I spoke with someone onboard at the Shutters kiosks before purchasing and she found the photos in their system and told me the photos were still with the lab being processed and that they would be loaded before my USB was made. I checked the USB today and the photos that she showed were still in the lab hadn't been included. I called the cruise line and was given a phone number of 850-250-3423 for Shutters and they said that the online ticket dispute takes a few days for them to retrieve the photos and then they will email them to you in a drop box email notification. Hope that helps!!
 
There might be a permissions issue between the software and the USB, but I'm not sure how you can resolve that.

In any event, you've got some 75% of your photos missing so hopefully they can get those for you.

For your reference, we had an issue with a missing photo last year on Harmony OTS (RCI also uses our/my cruise photos) and they took 3 business days to respond with a stock reply email, less than 5 to get a dialogue opened up with a support representative, and 10 business days to send us the one photo (via dropbox). We gave them the label information on the USB (it had LAST_FIRST_numbers_Purchased), and that seemed to help in locating our info.
 
Is there anyone, who has bought the USB stick, can confirm that the pictures are in JPEG format?
