Shutterly Book blurry Photos

I am trying to make a Shutteryfly 8x11 photo book with our recent cruise photos. The photos look great on my computer. They look great uploaded to Shutterfly but when I drag them onto a page they look blurry and not crisp. None of the pictures are larger than an 8x11 mostly 5x7. I have a Canon Rebel. I have never had this problem with my scrapbook program and printing them off. I am afraid to print a book with a blurry preview and have it end up looking crappy. Anyone familiar with if this is normal on their site? Thanks!

What size are your files?
I mean in pixel height and width.

I have no idea. I gave up and went back to my digital scrapbook program where i have no trouble

We're they uploaded as high res files? I believe shutterfly uploads in lo res unless a box is checked. I could be confusing this with snapfish

I just went through Shutterfly's process and it is not blurry for me. If it's not working for you you might try Blurb. Their books are better quality anyway.

I use Shutterfly with no problems. My upload pics are at least 2 MB and 2500 pix or 6 in. high
