Shula's, Le Cellier or Yachtsman

SHULAS! We have been there 20+ times and it never disappoints. Expensive, but consistent and well worth the visit.

We go to Yachtsman. We've had great meals there. We can get Shula's in NYC so we skip that and since we discovered Yachtsman we don't go to Le Cellier anymore.

I also agree with Uncleromulus.

We have been to all three.

You can read my recent December review of Shulas.

Shulas by far is the most expensive. Dh and I had apps, soup, steak, shared 2 sides and 1 dessert and no alcohol and it was $150 with the tiw discount of 20%.

Shula's by far.
Then Yachtsman.
With Le Cellier a far distant third.
I wholeheartedly agree; though we've only eaten at Shulas once, the steaks were far superior to the others (which we've done several times each). Unfortunately, just about everything else that could go wrong did, but we're willing to give them another try because the steaks are that awesome! :thumbsup2

We've been to all 3 and while I'm not a huge meat eater, my dad and brother LOVE it. They say Shula's is the best, followed by Yachtsman, with Le Cellier in 3rd.

Shula's is no more expensive than Yachtsman's, in fact YSH may be higher.

Going along with every one else except to say I wouldn't even include Le Cellier.
Stick with Shulas or Yachtsman

LC is not even in the same class as the other two. (Not including any new meal options they may have with their 2 credit pp dinners.)
Shula's over YSH.
We used a restaurant.com certificate there also. You may want to check that out.
Through 01/13, the 80% off code is SPOON. ($25 cert for $2.)
One cert per table.

I have to agree with Shula's, Yachtsman, then Le'Cellier in that order. However, if you were to add other restaurants into the equation, I wouldn't even have Le'Cellier in the top 5 in WDW. :goodvibes

Another shout out for Shula's.

We've eaten at Yachtsman 3 times now and I don't think we'll be back.

The first time was 8/08 and it was okay. Not bad, not great, but not worth the price.

The second time was 7/09 and it was so good. Figured we just had an off night the first time.

The third was 7/10 and it was not good at all. My steak actually came out cold, as well as the mashed potatoes. We had waited a long time for our meals to arrive so it must have just been sitting there. I sent it back and while it came back hot and they gave me plenty of more pototoes, I just don't think you should have to send a $40+ steak back to the kitchen because it is cold.

LeCellier has also been hit and miss with me. Mostly good though I did get the Kansas City Coffee Rubbed steak once and it was just an awful cut of meat. The last 2 visits have been very good and I really enjoyed the steak salad for lunch as well.

Shula's, we've only been once last summer but I can still taste how good that steak was. And I completely recommend the Key Lime Pie for dessert! Double yum!

Enjoy!

DH is the big steak eater in our house and we have been to all 3 so I asked him and he said Shula's - but with Yachtsman a very close second. Le Cellier a distant 3rd. For me it's also about the atmosphere. Shula's has a cosmopolitan feel - Yachtsman is a bit more family friendly but still very refined. I found Le Cellier to be a little loud and crowded - especially they way the tables are arranged - too close together! But we did love the Canadian CMs!

Although I've never eaten at Shula's, I have great respect (and general agreement) for Unc's restaurant picks. Limiting my comments to the two I actually have tried, I echo that Le Cellier is a distant challenger.
