Shrek memorabilia in the parks

My son loves the gingerbread man character from Shrek. Has anyone seen they have stuffed toy plushes of the Shrek characters in particular the gingerbread man?

There should be plenty of items in the Shrek store after Shrek 4D. I just don't know if there is a Gingy doll though.

I saw both a small gingerbread man (maybe 6") and a large gingerbread man (maybe 12") in different stores throughout Universal, though of course the Shrek store at the exit to the ride had the most Shrek stuff.
