Shredded Paper Question

What do you do with it!?!?! I have 4 big bags in my garage and I just don't know what to do with it!? We use to till it into our garden, but we changed our garden spot into a raised bed and really don't need to do that now. So what do you do with all those documents once they are shredded?

can't you recycle it? Our recycling company takes ours, it's actually on the list of things they will take.

We recycle it. Around November I start saving it to use as packing material for Christmas gift shipping.

could always buy (or make your own) worm composter.... feed 'em fruit/veggie scraps and shredded paper.... they'll eat it and just leave behind worm poop that you can mix into the garden or around the yard....

We recycle it too... I usually put it in paper sacks and then just throw it in the recycle bin.

If you have any churches or schools that have the big dumpsters for paper recycling (Abitibi around here) you can put it in there. I keep those lawn composting paper bags year round and have one in my office always. I shred everything as it comes in and empty my shredder into those big bags. When the bag is full I take it to our Parish and put it into the recycling dumpster. I think our city would pick them up curbside, but our Parish school makes money on this.

Recycle it. Take it to a drop off center if you have one locally.

We have single sort recycling so we just dump it in our recycling bin.

I am a preschool teacher and we use shredded paper in our sensory table. It's messy, but fun!
