Shows and parades

Our group of 13 is going to WDW Nov. 1-5 . I am a OC planner and wanted to get a sense for when some of the shows (like the shows at the Castle) and special meet and great type events will happen in the parks. Does anyone know where I can find that sort of information before we arrive?

There is a link to parade and fireworks times on the DIS Discussion forums page. They are also available on disneyworld.com six months in advance.
